We all want to have a good night sleep but sometimes are disturbed to have it because the person beside us is snoring, or it could be ourselves who are causing the disturbance itself with snoring.

Know that sleep apnea is also life threatening and therefore has to be attended to sooner. If you have the following symptoms like breathing pauses while sleeping, excessive daytime fatigue and sleepiness, feeling of exhaustion when waking up, possible headaches in the morning, weight gain, and there is confusion when waking up in the night, then it is time to have yourself checked.
